Dr Katarzyna Miaskowska-Daszkiewicz

Legal Counsel, the graduate of the Faculty of Law and Canon Law of John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL), the School of German Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS), trainee at the Centre for Medical Law of the University of Göttingen (Georgia Augusta), scholar of the Herbert Quandt Foundation. She was conferred doctor of law degree based on the publically defended dissertation entitled “Placing on the market of medicinal products and the protection of public health”, Associate Professor in the Department of European Union Law of KUL.

Dr Katarzyna Miaskowska-Daszkiewicz participated in many national and international conferences on health protection law, administrative law and commercial law – she is the author of many publications in this field. She is a lecturer at the medical law seminar, organized regularly by C.H. Beck Publishing House and Polish Bar Foundation and carried out trainings and lectures on Administrative law and procedures for the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARMA), the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA), district labour offices and the border guard.
She is a member of the Local Chamber of Legal Advisers in Lublin, European Association of Health Law (EAHL), the Association for the Education of Public Administration (SEAP), World Association for Medical Law (WAML).
